Neighbours' Day

Woke up really late today, close to 12 noon. Dear dear called me and asked me how am I. Shortly, cindy called me. She wld like to visit Elijah so suggested that we popped by earlier but pam cldn't make it as they wld be out for lunch.

Brought Toby down for a walk 1st as dunno what time bs will end. As usual, once off leash, he'll run ard like a little kid. Oh ya, Toby slept with me hee, very comforting. It didn't happen fr the beginning, as usual he'll sneak in (ha ha he doesn't like to be invited, he prefer to be a thief hee)

Met my next door neighbour's granddad and nieces downstairs. They on the way to playgrd. They called out to me "auntie", so sweet of them. Hee i am more familiar with the grandparents & nieces than my neighbour. So strange, nowadays younger couples don't like to socialise as much as our older generation. They like to close the door :(

After the walk, toby & i bumped into our another neighbour, directly next to the lift (when turn right). The indian & chinese old couple. Finally, got to talk to them and know that they are Leslie and June respectively. Asked them if i shld address them Mr & Mrs XXX, they said no need so formal. So nice of them. They really very friendly couple. The conversation started with planting as Leslie is doing up a rack for June to put her flower pots. She loves planting!! She even invited me (and Toby!) into their hse. They like dogs :) She has plants everywhere and seashells too! Their house very homely (too bad can't take pic). And i asked her a few tips on planting hee. Then she began to share more abt her neighbour downstairs. There was once the neighbour's was on smoke becos' they left the cooking unattended. So scary. With Leslie, we talked abt hse mortgage. Hee apparently they don't like the govt like my dear dear. They said must work until die and they are unhappy that the new rule saying if the owner can't afford to pay for their housing, it will be automatically mortgage (smthg new to me!!!). All in all, enjoy knowing my neighbour better ;)

But while we'll talking, another neighbour living in the 5 rm exe like us came out, the one with 2 poodles (dear dear the man you don't like). The guy just stared at us, esp Toby went he tried to get near them (the guy & his wife, 1st time saw the wife! Both very tall), i quickly called Toby back. Just find the guy very hostile. Every time we smile to him, he simply pretend not to see. So ya ya.

Oh ya, update you abt my another neighbour (hee on our floor, we hv 7 neighbours in total, 4 living in 4 rms, 3 same as us). He is right at the corner 4 rm unit. He has 3 pretty daughters hee. Bump into uncle the other day and he shared that he can't work as he has bad rhematism. He has his own printing co. I asked him to rest and relax but he said how can, his daughters still studying. The smallest now sec 4. Can see his "wu nan' (no choice) on his face. That's living in S'pore. I passed him a namecard, the chinese physician (Dr Wu) i am seeing as asked him to visit the doc if need be. Pray he'll get better soon.

Hee coincidentally, my cousin sarah (the one with ang mo bf) also ask for Dr Wu's contact yesterday.

Ok that's all i gonna update for today. Need to prepare to go for bs.
