To celebrate National Day, we went to Botanical Garden with dear dear's family. Its so so crowded. S'poreans really hv no place to chill out to relax. The revamped Botanical Gdn is more resort and modern looking. I guess the main change is the undergrd food court! The rest is just touchups.
We saw a lot of pple walking the dogs. How i wish Toby was there too! But cannot as the plan is to makan together. We saw a lot of tourists and pple doing line dance in park! Personally i feel the line dance thingy is a disrupt of peace in the park lo. But guess these folks hv no place to go. How many open space we hv in s'pore?
Oh ya during breakfast together, my mil brought up the topic again. That's to go Japan together. Hmm so sad, guess if we are going, they wld hv to come along. But now just concentrate on praying that dear dear will get his desire post.
We went to the orchid garden and they increased the entry fee from $2 to $5! I thought its quite expensive. Anyway its a refleshing experience as they hv a cool hse where plants and tree grow in cooler climate.
We took plenty of pics. Just use my camera ph to snap snap (and i lost my sock-like pouch! Snap, snap and dunno where it went?? Luckily its only $1). Early part of the day was gd weather as no sun but later towards the end the sun rays came and i went hiding into the shades ha ha.
Overall was fun but tiring so went back hm took shower and had an afternoon nap. In the later aft, went back to my pil's place for dinner as well as to watch the ndp. Somehow didn't really like this year parade. Just feel its still the same despite the change of location. Somehow the formation is always the same - square, circle and triangle. No breakthru in the chronography.
Baby brandon was a bit grunchy yest. Hee and it seems like he didn't like me to carry him, guess he can recognise pple by now ;p
That's all for yest but it seems like yest was a long long day. Guess becos we woke up very early.
