My Auntie Came!!

Past few days haven't been feeling too well. Experience PMS symptoms but was thinking in my mind, hmm how can that be as i hv irregular menses. Just monitor for a while more before going to Dr Chen. Yet surprisingly, my menses came today!!!

BUT this time round is doubly uncomfortable. I have terrible backache and cramps. And my boobs are so sore this time round. I am feeling nausea and headache even right now. The worst part is i think i catch a cold today as i was a bit drenched during lunch due to the heavy rain.

Overall, i am thkful that it came ;) even though i don't know why. My diet?????
